Strengthening character education planning based on Pancasila value in the international class program

<span lang="EN-US">Education programs planned and implemented in schools have a great impact on the forming of student’s character intelligence. This study aims to describe planning management strengthen education based Pancasila values international class program at laboratory elementary school (Labschool) Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Qualitative research with case design is used this study. The data was obtained through unstructured interviews principals, teachers, personnel, committees, stakeholder. All information tested for credibility validity triangulation. results showed that activities strengthening are divided into aspects learning non-learning. formulation school's vision mission as basis implementing schools, by adjusting characteristics refer western patterns, which combined eastern culture outlined student character-building activities. strategies inherent students’ daily lives, both environment where they live their environment, continues carry over adulthood.</span>
